We are delighted to have acquired the Schachenmayr site, which makes us part of the IBA’27 “Muehlkanal” development.
The combination of the historical heritage of our existing building, in which the living space is generated, together with the new construction of two innovative building structures is particularly interesting. The entire project is characterised by sustainability; for instance, hydropower from the neighbouring river ‘Fils’ is used for energy generation.
