The listed property Hasenberg 1899, situated at Hasenbergstraße 31, is centrally located in the west of Stuttgart. The building was constructed in 1899 and 1900 by the architects Georg Friedrich Bihl and Alfred Woltz in the Neo-Renaissance style as a former brewery.
