Heilbronn, July 31, 2024 | WATZL Group has successfully acquired an off-market residential complex comprising 216 apartments in a sought-after area of Heilbronn. The 32,060 sqm site
is strategically situated near the new SLK Clinic and offers capacity for around 140 new-build apartments.

Sustainable renovation and new-build planning
In the coming years, WATZL Group will modernize the existing apartments in a tenant-friendly manner and upgrade them to German KfW 70 standards, including a comprehensive renewal
of the building’s technical systems and bringing it up to the latest German energy efficiency standards. In addition, the expansive property allows for the construction of approximately 140
new apartments, for which WATZL Group will soon develop plans—aiming to help ease the shortage in residential space in Heilbronn.

Strategic expansion of the portfolio
