- JW Investment Holding has purchased Porschestraße 1 in the immediate vicinity of the “Wimpfener Straße” and “Salzwiesenstraße” subway stations.
- An innovative new building is being planned on a gross floor area of 5,200 sqm.
Stuttgart, May 25, 2022 | JW Investment Holding has purchased the property at Porschestraße 1 near the Porsche headquarters. An innovative new building is planned for the attractive plot, which will be both “ecologically sustainable” and “a leader in terms of digitalization”, explains Jan Watzl, managing partner of JW Investment Holding. The building permit is still pending.
Further development of the location
The area immediately surrounding the property is developing very dynamically. New residential buildings are being constructed in the immediate vicinity near Stammheimer Straße. Further industrial and office buildings have been constructed in the industrial and commercial area near the Porsche factories in recent years. “With the purchase of Porschestraße 1, we are delighted to further expand JW Investment Holding’s real estate portfolio in the Stuttgart area and to be able to actively drive forward and help shape the further development of this exciting location near the Porsche factories,” explains Watzl.
JW Investment Holding was advised by the law firm Noerr from Munich and the tax consultancy Trewitax from Singen.
