Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen: JW Investment Holding plans 132 serviced apartments

• A project company of JW Investment Holding GmbH has concluded a long-term lease agreement with the well-known Limehome Germany GmbH.
• At Porschestraße 1 in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, 132 highly modern serviced apartments are being built on a total of five floors.
• The total area of the new building is around 6,600 sqm and offers sufficient parking spaces in the basement.

Stuttgart, August 21, 2023 | A project company of the owner-operated real estate investment company JW Investment Holding GmbH has signed a long-term rental agreement with the well-known Limehome Germany GmbH for the planned new-build project at Porschestraße 1 in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. The contract has a term of over ten years, plus further extension options.

132 highly modern apartments in a prime location
The property at Porschestraße 1 is in a prime Stuttgart location, within walking distance of the “Wimpfener Straße” and “Salzwiesenstraße” subway stations. On a total area of around 6,600 sqm, 132 state-of-the-art serviced apartments are being built on a total of five floors, with a sufficient number of parking spaces in the basement. The building application is to be submitted as soon as possible this year.
