• JW Investment Holding has purchased a redevelopment property in an attractive location in the east of Stuttgart.

Stuttgart, May 3, 2023 | The owner-operated real estate investment company and family office JW Investment Holding GmbH has purchased a redevelopment property in an attractive location in the east of Stuttgart. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Schlachthof” subway station.

Sustainable and resource-conserving redevelopment of existing space
There are two existing buildings with a floor area of around 1,700 sqm on the plot, which measures just under 1,200 sqm. JW Investment Holding plans to redevelop the property to make it more energy efficient. The property will also be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a photovoltaic system.
