Strategically located, the property is just a short five-minute walk from Reutlingen’s main station, providing excellent access to public transportation. The five-story building spans roughly 3,600 sqm of rentable space as well as an underground garage holding up to 32 modern-sized cars and a public parking lot, which offers added convenience for tenants and visitors.
