Göppingen: WATZL Group signs rental agreement with the CJD – Administrative center moves to Göppingen

• The WATZL Group leases 3,000 sqm to the CJD in Göppingen for 15 years.
• The CJD will move into its new administrative headquarters in Mittlere Karlstraße in late summer 2026.
• The long-term partnership with a major educational and social organization operating nationally will strengthen the Göppingen location.

Göppingen, February 25, 2025 | The WATZL Group has signed a long-term 15-year lease agreement with Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Deutschlands (CJD) for around 3,000 sqm of rental space at Mittlere Karlstraße 93-97 in Göppingen. From late summer 2026, the former furniture store will serve as the new CJD administrative headquarters and office of the Board of Directors. This will bring one of the largest Christian educational and social organizations in Germany to the city.
