The 32,060 sqm site<br \/>\nis strategically situated near the new SLK Clinic and offers capacity for around 140 new-build apartments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainable renovation and new-build planning<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the coming years, WATZL Group will modernize the existing apartments in a tenant-friendly manner and upgrade them to German KfW 70 standards, including a comprehensive renewal<br \/>\nof the building\u2019s technical systems and bringing it up to the latest German energy efficiency standards. In addition, the expansive property allows for the construction of approximately 140<br \/>\nnew apartments, for which WATZL Group will soon develop plans\u2014aiming to help ease the shortage in residential space in Heilbronn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic expansion of the portfolio<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u201cI\u2019m delighted that we were able to secure this well-maintained complex with additional development potential off-market, thanks to our excellent network,\u201d says CEO Jan Watzl. \u201cThis acquisition not only expands our residential portfolio but also bolsters our group\u2019s stable cash flow.\u201d<br \/>\nBy making this acquisition, WATZL Group consistently continues its strategy of real estate portfolio growth.
