The existing building in a prime location will be renovated into a modern commercial building with a total rental area of 6,200 sqm by 2027. The refurbishment is designed to create a high-quality building that combines tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strong partnership for a shared vision<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter an intensive search for a suitable partner for the project, Lars von Wichert joined forces with the WATZL Group, led by Jan Watzl. Together, they are planning to comprehensively modernize the energy efficiency of the property. In addition to energy optimization, the refurbishment also includes a renewal of the fa\u00e7ade, \u201cwhich will shine in new splendor\u201d, says Lars von Wichert, managing partner of the Grimm furniture store, who is enthusiastic about the partnership project: \u201cI am very pleased to have a strong investor and refurbishment expert like Jan Watzl at my side to lead our traditional and exclusive furniture store into the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>An investment in the future of the G\u00f6ppingen retail industry<\/strong><br \/>\nJan Watzl, managing partner of the WATZL Group, emphasizes the importance of the joint project, particularly for the development of the region: \u201cWith the Albert Grimm furniture store and the neighboring Deutsche Bank building, we can now develop the entire area next to the Agnes shopping center and significantly upgrade it.
