The contract has a term of over ten years, plus further extension options.<\/p>\n<p><strong>132 highly modern apartments in a prime location<\/strong><br \/>\nThe property at Porschestra\u00dfe 1 is in a prime Stuttgart location, within walking distance of the &#8220;Wimpfener Stra\u00dfe&#8221; and &#8220;Salzwiesenstra\u00dfe&#8221; subway stations. On a total area of around 6,600 sqm, 132 state-of-the-art serviced apartments are being built on a total of five floors, with a sufficient number of parking spaces in the basement.
