The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the &#8220;Schlachthof&#8221; subway station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainable and resource-conserving redevelopment of existing space<\/strong><br \/>\nThere are two existing buildings with a floor area of around 1,700 sqm on the plot, which measures just under 1,200 sqm. JW Investment Holding plans to redevelop the property to make it more energy efficient. The property will also be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ecologically-oriented operator of serviced apartments<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;I am very pleased to have the opportunity to redevelop existing space at this sensational location in a sustainable and resource-saving way and to find a new use for the property.
