The property is located next to the WWK-Arena and is right next to a tram stop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attractive location with numerous new places of work<\/strong><br \/>\nIn mid-February, the 6,860 sqm property was acquired by a well-known owner-occupier who will create numerous new workplaces at the property. &#8220;We are very pleased about the successful realization of this strategic investment in the Augsburg logistics market and about the establishment of new jobs at the location&#8221;, emphasizes Jan Watzl, managing partner of JW Investment Holding.<\/p>\n<p>JW Investment Holding was advised by the law firm Noerr from Munich and the tax consultancy Trewitax from Singen.
