Historic commercial property in the west of Stuttgart<\/h4>\n

The listed property Hasenberg 1899, situated at Hasenbergstra\u00dfe 31, is centrally located in the west of Stuttgart. The building was constructed in 1899 and 1900 by the architects Georg Friedrich Bihl and Alfred Woltz in the Neo-Renaissance style as a former brewery. To this day, its historic architecture lends the building a distinctive character and makes it a striking feature of Stuttgart\u2019s western district.<\/p>\n

The location combines the urban charm of Stuttgart\u2019s western district with excellent transport links. The Feuersee S-Bahn station is just a few minutes\u2019 walk away and lies on Stuttgart\u2019s main S-Bahn Stammstrecke line. From here, there are direct connections within the city and to the wider region. At the same time, the surrounding area offers a well-established infrastructure with a wide range of amenities for everyday needs, as well as restaurants and shops. The nearby Feuersee lake, with St John\u2019s Church, characterises the neighbourhood\u2019s distinctive setting.<\/p>\n
